Guy driving- no charges were pressed on him... turns out he didnt do anything and was total clueless to what was going on... go figure... lol.

2 guys in the back- charged with agrivated battery (a misdemenor) the one who shot her hasnt had his hearing yet, and the other one pleaded not guilty.

ok... so the story with the boys is that they were bored and driving arround and they had these airosoft guns... i guess one of them was sitting in the car and decided to shoot a lady outside of hollywood video. so he shoots her, they leave no problem all she has is a welt from the pelet... rite?
