We've been in the new apartment 48 hours, and we've already seen two roaches.

One small one with long legs, and one big one, about 2 inches long.

That's when you get right on the phone to the super/owner and demand (nicely) they fix the problem. Ridiculous.

Usually new tenants have the right, within 30 days of moving in, to demand a solution to a pest problem. I'd go for it if I were you.

But I'm also terrified of bugs.
