On rare occasions I'm up before hubby but he's not a breakfast person except on weekends when we do the whole cooked breakfast thing. That's when we're in the same country.

We never do breakfast, since neither of us can face food that early in the day ("early in the day" meaning depending when we wake up, which is sometimes afternoon since we have a swing-shift schedule). We do like brunches now and then, even if "brunch" for us is sometimes six PM, but that's usually the earliest we can eat.

My hubby is an early bird but breakfast on the weekend is usually 9ish which is when I normally eat through the week.
