It looks like I've survived another year of teaching school. I'm so tired that I can't see straight anymore. Most of us remember those last weeks of school when things got easier and the pressure was off. That was before I knew what teachers go through. My weekend started off pretty good, but ended in disaster. I went to see "A Comedy of Errors" on Friday night. It was very funny and I'm glad I went to see it. Saturday was also a good day. I'm positive I've identified a pattern to my depressed/funk states. I do fine all week until the weekend comes. I can't believe the weather was so crappy this weekend. I finally went to get some groceries at 5 today; I was waiting for my laundry to finish before I left the house. I guess I've had a pretty good weekend so far. I had a nice birthday and got to spend some of my money yesterday; I got a couple of new shirts and a new watch. I guess you could say I had a pretty good birthday. My friends and family went out of their way to throw me a surprise party. It was a lot of fun because I've never had a surprise party before.
