I wish I could afford to own more. I figure this will make a nice "first house" and there are some little things that can be done to really bring up the resale value in a few short years. Since they accepted my offer as-is, it puts me in a position that I basically have some equity built-in. In a few years if I want, I can take a HELOC and buy land to build a nice house on. That's the plan for now anyway...
