This documentary takes Bill Maher around the country and around the world as he discusses with religious people why and how they believe the things they do, mostly to ask the question: how can you really believe that? I will see this movie, but I'm not sure that religion is at total fault for most of the bloodshed and wars on our earth. At the core of hostility, it is ignorance that reigns. I don't know your stance on guns, but I'm a firm believer that guns don't kill people, people kill people. The same goes for religion ( ... )

Sorry it took me so long to respond to your comment. My general point is that religion tends to be more divisive than anything, especially when it says it alone has the truth. And i totally agree that great things are done in the name of Christ, as i acknowledged in the blog post when i said "It may have its comforts and societal contributions, but ( ... )

Those commercials are BS. All of the research is funded by producers of HFCS. Of course, the results are going to be favorable for them.
