After much deliberation, i've decided that i won't be updating on LiveJournal anymore. Facebook is just so much more efficient for just about anything i want to do nowadays. Absolutely hilarious!

This documentary takes Bill Maher around the country and around the world as he discusses with religious people why and how they believe the things they do, mostly to ask the question: how can you really believe that? Most of you know my bias here. I'm sure a lot of people who are religious will not like this movie, or at least won't like the parts ( Read more... )

It's not odd or unique to say that time flies, but it is interesting when you start to experience just how true that is. After spending 9 years in college and grad school where time seemed to creep slowly as stress mounted thinking about how stupid little mistakes could prevent me from getting my dream job in the end, which turned out to be false ( ( Read more... )
