Wow, I love doithome.com! I've put in all of my exercise and what I ate today and how much I weigh, etc... and it told me that if I plan on losing 1 pound per week to get to my goal (108), it will take me 9.5 weeks (even though I'm not 9.5 lbs from 108, I wonder how that works)! I am definately not looking to lose a pound a week, more like a pound
