Well I really have no time to write this because im pretty much falling asleep and I have to work at 8:30 tomorrow morning. But in 4 hours it will be day 10! YES! I not even hungry anymore thank god. Its been a week since I start fasting. Im actually really proud of myself even though I know I could do a lot better. I need to exercise more and drink more 0 cal drinks. But lately Ive been drinking Red Bull and Starbucks Mochas a lot. It sucks

Well today was day 4 of my fast. It went ok I guess. I drank water, one cup of coffee, and a snapple apple which is like 240 cals. UGH. I hate that. I need to find Diet Snapple

Well, things are going ok. I feel REALLY hungry right now, so Im trying to drink as much water and iced tea as I can. Its not working so far, but hopefully it will. If not, ill just feel hungry. I just hate the weird noises. lol

My fast is going good so Im really proud of myself. But Im just waiting for tomorrow to come. The third day is always the hardest, for me anyway. It makes me really want to binge. Although Ive been tempted a few times today
