I didn't start 2468 today. I just wanted to fast again because I felt so much better about myself after fasting yesterday. I just kept thinking about the movie I watched on Lifetime and the runway shows and I kept telling myself that if I stopped eating for long enough I would look like that too. my hair was wet when I weighed myself so I'm hoping that effected it a little. then that got me thinking, how much does hair weigh? I know it can't weight that much, but my hair is about waist-length and pretty thick so I don't know, could it be as much as 1/4 lb? or is that way too much ( Read more... )
