yay! since I last posted I only had one urge to eat. Today I have already eaten:

1 1/3 cup of Honeycombs cereal, sans the milk (110cal, 5 from fat)
1 small clementine (50 cal?, 0 from fat)
1 hydroxycut diet pill <---(these work SO well!...but they make me feel shaky and jittery...ah well, pain is beauty right?)

I don't quite know what to say. This is my first entry as "bikini_season." I have another lj that I've been writing in for quite a while, but I found I couldn't be myself because a large part of what I think about is food, weight, eating, not eating, binging, purging, diet pills, etc... the one time that I wrote the tiniest bit about this in my ( Read more... )
