Well, according to the wire she's facing charges for disrupting the peace and possibly for harassing a foreign diplomat. Which sucks, and undermines the First Amendment ("Well, yes, we understand that you said nothing false, and called out the leader of a powerful and horrific regime, but--well, it wasn't convenient, really"), but could be a whole hell of a lot worse.
