i had some ice cream and choclate milk and thought i was gonna die.

hah thats what happened to me! one day i just woke up &couldnt drink milk anymore. its pretty lame.

there actually is such a thing as having too much calcium and it makes you sick. you need some sodium or potassium (i forget which one)
