For FOUR WHOLE DAYS! I can’t stand being in the same room with her for much longer than an hour, much less spending every minute outside of class with her. The fire alarms went off at 5:00 and 7:00 this morning. There was just enough of a break in between for us to get into a deep sleep before it happened again. I was tired, cold, and angry! I just went to see Jane Elliott and it was amazing!!! She is a public speaker on all sorts of topics such as abortion, sexism, homophobia, rape, and especially racism. I learned about her last year in EFN and really became interested, I was thrilled when I found out she was coming. I’ve been looking for a house for just about a year now. My dad gave me an estimate of what he’d spend, and what to look for. There hasn’t been anything, nothing remotely close to campus that is.
