Me and the fam used to go apple picking every fall, despite the fact that (a) none of us liked apples, and (b) my mother never made homemade pies (unless the main ingredients were Jello and Cool Whip). But picking them was fun. So we used to come home each with a large bag jam-packed with apples-all of which were destined to rot in the garage. Ah, America.

I can picture, right down to the last detail, what James probably looked like at that moment. That was anther thing that was lame about this summer: no James. Now that he's back I feel like geting a 4-0 of miller and hanging in W.P., yo. Then some C-fingers and a whole bottle of ketchup to set me straight. Hopefully our waitress will be DOS!
