So, on a friend's livejournal, they were posting about a show they were playing. And one of the bands, whose name I already forget, says: So-And-So (ex-Milemarker)

Does that mean that fucking band broke up?

Milemarker haven't broken up. They haven't done much since their last record (2001, I think), but if you check their website you'll see they either are recording or have recorded another full-length. I've never been overly excited about Milemarker, but they're definitely not terrible. Plus, Al Burian.

Nah, they stink. They make really bad music and are annoying.

I think the band we played with (Taking Pictures) only shared a common drummer with Milemarker. And he definitely wasn't the original drummer or anything.

To be honest, they were pretty all right. The two bands didn't really sound alike though.
