i've had 11 cigarettes since tuesday.

only 2 today.

and 2 yesterday.

and 7 on tuesday. meredith's fault.

i'm doing alright i think.

i chew nicorette.

and it's not the same as smoking.

cause i dont enjoy it.

i sold out for the sake of health.

but this probably wont last.

cant wait until i quit nicorette successfully.
