Worrying about Mom
So, I am in a restaurant and I see a woman sitting in a wheelchair. I then notice that she is shaking uncontrollably. In that minute, I see my mom. she has slight tremors that I never got a clear answer as to what the cause was. seeing that image of her shaking hard and being wheelchair-bound quite frankly scares the hell out of me.

It is really funny how sometimes things from your past will come into your memory at the oddest times. I had just finished eating dinner and was leaving to go home when all of a sudden a memory from a year at summer camp popped into my head. As a kid my parents would send us to a church camp. The end of an era...
After 12 years of working for the organization, I resigned as the Volunteer Coordinator for the Atlanta Pride Committee. The last five years were as the Volunteer Coordinator. The prior years were a mixture of Lead Volunteer and just plain ol' yellow shirt ( Read more... ) -

Rediscovering my youth???
