Today I realised there is a precious place inside of me. It is a calm and tranquil spot hidden from everyone. I will never describe it as it exists as a spot just for me. Here I can rest alone and at peace. <3 I think we all have this place and I urge you all to find your own.

A quick update before bed. Got a sharp warning today that BPD is a part of who I am. It was nothing major but rather a slow creeping sinking. Suddenly I was aware that I was not well. I was furious, felt hopeless and was generally angry and afraid. It was over in a few hours but wow...it really made me see myself.

Today was quite wonderful. The small solidness that began to blossom in me yesterday is still present. I've been well behaved about my medication and sleep. Now I have to work on my eating habits. *^_^*
