i bought the wine because anyone else would've either sued me (and further ruined me financially) or had me evicted, but most likely the former. i've known ppl to survive such an incident with the landlord, but not with the tenant, who invariably sues to get something from it.

you should check the anne frank room to be sure it's pretty well dried out in there and nothing rotting or getting mildewy.
