So I'm toying with the idea of writing a review of the last year as it managed to win the award for worst year ever in my life (it had some pretty stiff competition from 2004 and 1999 but it managed to outdo them). I'll take you up on that; I'm always curious about the soundtracks of other people's lives. It's funny that "Hurt" made the list, because a straw poll I saw on 4chan put that as by far the most depressing song ever. I'm a bigger fan of "Gortoz A Ran" when I'm down, but tastes vary.
