So... two months later and here I sit. I even received a couple of nudges here and there wondering where the heck I've been (thank youblue_wisteria). Mainly the reason why I've been MIA is because I'm working full-time again and by the time I get home, get Em in bed, and relax a bit it's like midnight. And then I'm up at 6 (ok, maybe 6:30) and start all over

Too bad she won't let me touch it! But yes, she has the *perfect* amount of curl and *perfect* thickness. It's not quite as crazy as her Mom's hair! ;)

Ryan also turned 3 this last month.. and he had almost the same cake!

I think that being a woman who is also a wife, mother, caretaker, breadwinner, etc.. it's just so hard. There is only so long you can juggle everything before you just need a break.

Where are you working at?

I'm working for the same company - Genentech - just here in Oregon now. I took some time off, which was nice, but now I'm back.

I'm trying to take some more time for *me* - which includes posting more! So watch out! :)

Make sure that, in all the madness of a mom's life, you make sure to take a few moments of time out for yourself. Even if it's shopping on your lunch hour, shop for things for YOU (although I know how hard that is - it's second nature to shop for our little ones *first

Happy Birthday Emily!!!! Wow, can't believe she's 3!

It's so cute that she's a little tomboy :) I love that she had cars as a theme. At least you don't have to deal with PRINCESS EVERYTHING!!!! :)
