you know what i love about mac osx?

the way that a lot of the dialogs slide out from the top, and are all pretty like.
in other words, few modal forms.

soon, with the windows presentation framework, i will be able to do the same (easily)

as of now, for the sake of time and sanity, i stick with modal forms.

i wish microsoft would stop overhauling their UI style every time they release a new version.

then you get all these developers clamoring to try and make one that looks just like it, develop an app that looks standard, and then they release a new style

today while i was writing standard code for all modules to access inventory value, my boss told me that i should write it seperatley into each module, and that after i was done, i should then pull it out into it's own module.
