I'm really torn between the Asari and Quarian, but I think I'm leaning slightly towards the Quarians as they seem more laid-back, with the love of dancing and story-telling and all (and lack of utterly insane and ridiculous law enforcement the Asari seem to have). They do hold a grudge due to a war, which made me lean towards Asari, but then... I imagine not /all/ of them hold that grudge, and it's understandable... They view the other races as equals, and I find their outfits oddly elegant in a way. The fact you didn't mark independence was the deciding factor for me-- it says they're more community oriented than most of the other races.

Asari, Asari, definitely Asari. XD First of all, your answers to the last two questions (what your species would be know for and the religion/government aspects) point strongly in the Asari direction. Also, your interests as well - Asari are beautiful and elegant, technologically advanced and, with their unusual genetics, they can be pretty unique. Besides, they are respected and don't seem to hold grudges with other species, mixing within other worlds or societies without great problems (which can reflect the fact that you have friends in any group of people), and your wish for no gender differences can be fully granted by a monogender society.
Also, the fact that you don't like to push things is similar to their attitude of 'passive observation and study', while being opposed to the attitude of other races, like Turians or Salarians.
Basically every word you wrote screamed Asari to me, yep. XD

I can definitely see where the Asari vote is coming from, but my first impression was Quarian and it's probably because you remind me a lot of Tali *coff coff*.

How other species view your race remind me a lot of Quarians: they are usually respected as a race, and the other races know that they're capable and intelligent, but of course they aren't like by everyone (I'm pretty sure that the geth don't like them very much lol). Quarians know they're super aswesome of course XD but they don't seem to think they're better than everyone else and religion is definitely not a huge point in their society. Also the three options you selected (beauty/elegance, technologically advanced and uniqueness) just scream Quarians to me

Like everyone has said, I can see both quarians and asari. I'm going with Asari, though. You're not really interested in advanced technology or longstanding conflicts, making me lean away from the quarians. On the other hand, you seem like a fairly easy-going person, and it's very like an asari to have an easy time getting along with disparate types of people. They had pretty architecture (in my opinion) and are bound to have a rich history and nice fashion. Given how much of the galaxy they've settled I'm certain there are more than a few warm asari colonies. They're obviously not sexist, and they seem to be pretty well-balanced as far as religion and government are concerned.

The asari are respected, beautiful, elegant, and unique - definitely right up your alley.

My vote is for Asari as well (I really didn't see Quarian in there though, sorry lol). I think it would be very easy for the Asari to sit back and achieve things effortlessly - the galaxy as a whole tends to love them. Or at least tolerate them ;) Your answers for how your race is perceived lead to Asari as well. But your picking of beauty, elegance and uniqueness really stood out there.
