I don't normally get excited by films. I've studied some bad ones and watched some even worse ones to know that there are a hell of a lot of people out there with an awful lot of high up friends who want to get their 2 bit film made. However, thanks to my film reviewer friend A, I've found one that I'm actually chomping at the bit to go and see on

Yes, Alex, my film reviewer friend said it was exceptionally good. And if he says a film is exceptionally good then that means I'm going to wind up hooked and buying everything and anything to do with it! I'm desperately trying not to read the website and the reviews because it'll give it all away but DAMN! I'm excited!

And even though you've seen the film, watch "Alive in Joburg". If what you've said is anything to go buy then you'll be running back to the cinema like a Dave looking for smack!

"Alive in Joburg" is actually only 7 minutes long. It was made for the love of it I believe and it then went on to the feature length that I WILL see at the cinema some time this week.

*starts rounding up every driver in the house and beating them into driving me to cinema*
