For the past two days I have been wondering how a mother who knows her daughter is having a rough time and is hurting, can't call or text her daughter to see how she is doing. So last night I received a phone call that my grandpa passed away unexpectedly. They found him laying on the floor dead. I for the most part usually can turn the other way when someone hurts me or makes me feel less than I am. From the time I was 5 I thought my real dad left me. ANXIETY has kicked in overdrive!! I started my online classes yesterday, I only have two but I am so overwhelmed. I have no idea what I was thinking going back to school. I can't decide if I should be happy or sad. For two days I was in a happy mood almost thought i was doing great again, was able to go a couple of months without a sad/depressed day/weeks.
