As my subject line reveals, I am on the road to decency. I am planning to become a volunteer ESL tutor for the Regina Public Library. I went to the Info. Session last night and signed up for the trianing (8 weeks, 16 hrs.) starting in April...then I am matched with a "learner."  Apparently, there are 200 people on the waiting list for tutors. Canada's new Food Guide has been launched. For the first time in 15 years it has been revised: it's about time!  I am actually pretty impressed with it. There is a "create my own food guide!" option, which allows you to choose what you eat each day to customize your eating plan. I don't have much to say. A quiet Sunday, the way I like'em. Pilates started again for another 3 months. There is a male in the class. He is a heckler who wears short shorts and was surprised was our instructor told him to take his runners off. The rest of the class seems to be moms or older single women.
