Last night, Clove and I went to our local brewpub, because I couldn't handle being at home, alone with the news. It was great to be out, almost everyone there was wearing "I Voted" stickers. We postponed Clove's birthday party, because of our loss. I think we may have cancelled it, if it wasn't his 40th. We are getting the house/yard ready for tonight. Sadly, many people can't make the re-do, as it is a holiday weekend. Clove and I have been frequenting the pool a lot this summer. The best thing about it is how many people we hang out with when we go. On any given night we might see Dill and her fam, Flitterkitten, Gen(& maybe G), the Riggs corner families, and various newer pool friends. These past 5 days have been the days of seeing many far away friends. Thursday, we drove up to Brooklyn. We stayed with Smiling, and met her boyfriend. Their new apartment(in park slope) is fantastic.
