This probably falls under the rest of the supernatural abilities and such, but I thought I'd clarify.

This character isnt' from Deadman Wonderland, but he is capable of manipulating his blood into multiple types of weapons. Will those be stripped and only gained back through multiple deaths, or would he still have those abilities?

That does fall under the rest of the supernatural abilities. All supernatural abilities are stripped, since this is an alternate-universe game where those abilities never existed to begin with (outside of the mechanism used by the prison to grant it to characters after dying).

Quick question that came up in chat! If someone dies, does the poison in their body reset?

It does! If, for example, somebody dies during the event on Friday, they won't need to take their candy until the next Friday.

This is more a cosmetic question than anything else, but - say I wanted to app a giant robot. Since they'd be human in this canon, what would be the ruling on icons? Would using their robot-version icons under the assumption that they're human work, or should I hunt down a PB?

how often are applications processed?

Applications are processed as soon as we can get to them, generally within a few hours. Once an app arrives, we try not to spend more than 24 hours on it.
