I love you so much. ^.^missthewomanMay 25 2011, 20:52:08 UTC
[You are always so amusing. Casually she pulls out the bed sheet and wraps it loosely around her.]
The same way I always do, my dear. [And guessing what that frantic looking about means-] All the wine is gone, I'm afraid. Would you like another glass?
[Not that she can exactly remember last night either, but she does know it was amusing, and this is amusing, that that's good enough for her. She downs the rest of her wine, then slides off the bed and approaches him slowly. Oh, yes, the sheet is still just barely covering her - she does so love the look on your face. She schools her own face to an expression of light concern.]
Certain you would not like me to open another bottle? It will help you relax, and it looks like you could use it.
[He seems to just register the state Irene is in, and scoooooots on over rather indiscreetly over to the other side of the bed, his eyes fixed on her for a brief second before snapping elsewhere.
Why do you do these things, Irene. Why.]
No. No more wine, no more drinks. The pipe will suffice.
[Have a face full of Irene smiling at you.]

[The reply is prompt, and Holmes staggers out of the bed and onto his feet, looking around for the incriminating bottle.]
I hope it was at least a better vintage, this time.

Oh. A little left. There is none better than a comet vintage. [She smiles~]

[He says it bitingly, though he's more exasperated than anything. Okay, maybe a bit horrified.]

[And, under his breath:]
As would other vices.

[She just slowly follows him, then pauses at the foot of the bed. With a smile she gestures broadly.]
Then do have a seat and relax. I don't mind the smoke, [and a knowing glance] nor your other vices.
[Lies about the smoke, actually. It troubles her throat. But, she's not going to be singing anytime soon, right?]

[He pops the unlit pipe between his lips, looking at anything but Irene. So awkward.]

And what am I doing do disallow it to you? [Yep, here she stands not at all close to you. Doing nothing at all~]
