I'm off to Florida folks. One week of nothing but sun, music, books and avoiding my family as much as is possible. Ah, 'tis gonna be great.

I spent much of this lazy afternoon downloading Mountain Goats. And some other stuff. Trying hard not to fall asleep. I feel like I need to be more involved in my life. I can't ride in the backseat anymore, even if it lets me stare out the windows.

Maybe it's just all that emmo I keep listening to...

Yay! I am full of glee! I have finished the 6th installment of Harry Potter. Only one book left and then I will be shut of my unfinished series...except Abarat. And Promethea. And Fables. GODDAMN IT!

Oh, but that Potter-y book goo was sweet. And absolutely worth my lack of sleep yesterday.

I'm so poor I can't even afford to go to work to earn money so I can stay poor.

Damn it!

Meh, at least I have a place to sleep and lots o friends.
