Well, she finally did it, much to my chagrin. Actually, it turned out waaaaay better than I had ever imagined. I finally told her that I wouldn't give her a hard time if she let my friend Carrie style it. What do you think?

This was our 3rd year in a row to go, and probably the best to date! They were touring at Flying Monkey Arts again, only this time it was upstairs where the Burning Nun used to be. It looks as if they had renovated the place, repainted, and added some lighting. It was very nice! Afterwards, we got to take pictures with some of the performers.

Decided to get out of town for a while and visit tambot while she works to complete her residency in a new city. We discovered an awesome, slightly hidden restaurant / martini lounge called the Olive Room. I think I've had the best meal there that I've had in a while. I also proved to be somewhat skilled at a game called Donkey Konga.

Yay! I have officially been accepted into the master's program that I was going for! And my employer is paying a nice, one hundred percent. I start February 11th.

I went to the doctor the other day. He says that if my cholesterol does not come down within the next six months that he will have to put me on some sort of medication like Lipitor.
