My heart hurts. I feel like I'm going to throw up or faint...but I also feel like I could go about my day totally normally. I should get arrested for driving in my condition, only I'm not on drugs, but I feel I can not operate machinery. I'm slowly going insane...this really, really hurts. Help.

Spot: Sadly, the dog I've had since I was 5 is dying. Only as of recently. Mike has had to pick him up off the ground when he can no longer lift himself to eat or go potty.
