this week, i've been particularly proud of my menuplanning.  i cook a lot, but one of my weaknesses as a homemaker?  i am far more recipe/taste driven, than budget-driven.  like, i will want to make something and i will go and buy the ingredients.  and if i only use a handful of parsley? well, then the rest of the bunch can go rot.   the more
