Very sweet! I agree with you that Wilson will likely feel guilty, and perhaps guiltier than House. This was very believable. Love it!

Honestly, I don't think Wilson will feel guilty in canon, he obviously thinks (and I would too) that House wanted them to be separated and he got his wish, or even that House drinking was what (technically) killed her. House, on the other hand, already is guilty.
