The picture is a little red X in a box, but I'm going to assume it's a photo of him as the HAWT James 'Scruffington' Norrington. If you're going to go after a stinky dirty pirate, that's the one to go after, not Sparrow.

I don't know what's wrong with the picture (it's working on my end), but you are correct in assuming it is a picture of Scruffington. :-)
