With my work in a museum, I have come to a major conclusion:

My family has returned from its infamous FAMILY VACATION IN MIDDLEBURY VERMONT, (dun dun dun!) otherwise known as middlesucky or middleshitty. WHEN DID I TURN INTO SUCH A GIRL?
We were in the park, it was spongy outside, tense with the desire to rain. We lay down on the grass, sweating, not talking, letting the sky talk for us. It began to rain, soft at first, then in huge pellets, bullets hit my glasses. He raised his shirt to feel water. I raised mine. I watched the clouds convulse.
I wanted to kiss him so badly.
