On Star Trek.
If there's anything that makes me happy when I'm feeling down, it's Star Trek. I enjoy watching most all of the series, except for Enterprise which kind of licks my balls (excluding the two-parter "In A Mirror, Darkly" which was one of the best Trek episodes ever). San Francisco is not working out as well as I'd hoped it would. I don't at all feel at home here, even though I've been here for months now. There's a lot of tension in the house, not between Kelly and I though. I'm just through being disgusted by my own home. Things changing. Things staying the same. Perhaps this wasn't the best idea I've ever had. But it's something to cling to for the moment. At least I can say that I did. I'll update again someday soon.

I live in San Francisco now! And I'm unpacked. And I start my job tomorrow morning. I really cut it close there. But I'm down here now and can enjoy the fruits of everything that entails. Vanishing
So there's only 5 more days or so until I leave Roseville. I've lived here for almost a decade. In just a few years, I will have lived in California as long as I lived in Michigan. Ben and I went and saw the Barenaked Ladies last night in SF, it was a really solid show, Steve's voice in particular was totally spot-on, and in general everyone was in top form. Well, I played a solo set at a party for my friend Joe on Saturday evening, and all went very well. Wish Ben couldn've been there, but it was still a totally solid set that I'm really proud of. As soon as I find a way to do it, I'll upload some tracks form the concert! The setlist was:
