Ha, the writer's block question for today was "Did you watch the Super Bowl last night? Who did you watch it with?" I think it's funny because I was totally just getting on here to super-bitch about that very topic. It's not that I was alone for the super bowl, because I wasn't, but with the amount of conversation I found at my viewing location ( Read more... )

hey trev, listening to the juno soundtrack? i did enjoy that movie. it's so feel-good.

that sounds like a really horrible time you had yesterday. i dunno what the hell this gal's problem is, but i think the first step to solving it would be to stomp her cellphone to bits. i haven't had a cell phone in a long while and each time i think about getting one again, i stop myself. to think that one small gadget has the power to turn people into absolute monsters. i feel like no one has any idea what the word "courtesy" means anymore.

she sounds really weird though, trevor. you deserve a much better friend, to say nothing of a valentine. i think you'd be smart to pull the plug on this one. save yourself the grief.

i love hearing from you :o) don't let stupid valentine's day get you down.

Yeah, but like I said when we get along I don't feel lonely, and I'm so afraid of being lonely all the time. I'm not real good at dealing with it.

You may be right though, sometimes it seems that the highs aren't worth the lows, and isn't that why I cut back on drinking, and never really took to shmoking? I don't want to hurt her feelings though, so I probably won't just pull the plug.

It's good to hear from you too. Last night I went to my volunteer work and it was our last meeting before Valentine's day so I brought those really cheap heart cookies with the sprinkles on them; and they turned everyone's teeth and fingers pink. It was way fun.

It's not really tutoring, it's a mock legislature program called youth and government in which we simulate the actual state congress. We have a house and senate, reporters, press, a youth governor, and even pages. It's a pretty cool thing. All the teens right bills and then debate them in the end of april/start of may in the actual capitol building in Olympia. Olympia's our state capitol btw. Right now we're in the process of writing and refining our bills and teaching them about the debating procedures we use.
