This morning, I was upstairs on the train to Bankstown, and a guy  - Tongan maybe or maybe a very dark Lebanese, and about 20-25 years old, wearing a Bulldogs cap - started looking at me from down the stairs. He said something to me. I had headphones on and didn't hear, and took them off

I'm the same way in those sorts of situations--it's like I forget to be scared until the danger's passed. Which is sometimes good, I guess.

Yesterday when I was on the bus, some guy started yelling at a vetran in a wheelchair for not covering his mouth when he sneezed. The vetran responded with an obscenity, to which, after a long pause, the angry guy replied, "I'm gonna let you live." And then, when this failed to provoke a response, he added, "Your momma's a punk bitch."

Moral: Let's get cars.
