So I have what I believe to be the raw data of the bjfic.net site. I haven't verified it myself yet because, honestly I haven't the time

If any of the authors have problems, I'm sure they will let you know and you can fix it. i vote that you post the stories, unless an author told you not to repost.
Hi Irishcaelan, I think there must be something in the air because I was going to contact you to se if I could help with the BJFic process. Many authors have archived at AOO - I"m in the midst of doing it myself as well. I believe since authors originally contributed to BJFic, it stands to reason they would not be opposed to AOO. We've lost so many author's works due to livejournal housecleaning accounts it would truly be wonderful to have what many have feared lost.
If you have a master list of authors, I could even review it against QAF authors on AOO and let you know which ones and what works they have to help reduce the number of fics to upload. Please let me know how I can be of help.

No master list and, as I say, no time really. I still have to set it to a template and look at it from there.
It will happen, just too much bad luck re hosts and help and getting stuck with this made me decide to put it up to Ao3. I'm looking at ways to segregate it best so that they can be identified to the bjfic.net group to make it easier to parse. If you're interested in helping, just let me know. May take a bit to get back but I'm not ignoring you, promise!
I agree that the stories should be posted unless it is known or if you were contacted that the writers don't want them reposted. I'm very happy to hear that you have obtained the data at last. I hope you are doing well.
