A big thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes and v-gifts.

I'm a bit under the weather today. It's the second time I've gotten sick after eating at the restaurant we went to last night. Obviously something I eat there doesn't agree with me!

Oh well. Taking a much needed day off!

Hubby is being discharged! No diet restrictions, no meds. Just rest up.

Now just waiting for them to process the discharge and we can blow this popsickle stand!

For those of you who don't already know, my husband's been in the hospital since yesterday morning. Thought it was diverticulitis, but it's a twisted fat deposit on his intestine. Lots of pain. He's doing much better today. No surgery needed, just antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. He's probably going home tomorrow ( Read more... )
