Evidently, the CIA has completed a report for our leadership, that concludes that there is no hard evidence of an Iranian nuclear weapons program. Our Federal administration, along with the leadership figures of western Europe, apply liberal amounts of rhetoric towards just such a program in it's policy toward Iran, and all countries near it.
