Is there, then, no remote possibility that the members of the grand jury looked at the evidence presented to them, and made a decision in accordance with the facts and the law? and, conversely, that the “media narrative” was NOT in accordance with either law or fact?
There's a remote possibility that a random stranger died last night and left me ninety million dollars in his last will and testament. Whether such a thing is remotely plausible is another matter.
And from what I've seen, the prosecutor seemed to be acting as though the one under indictment wasn't the shooter, but the dead man.
I don't know a damn thing about the media narrative. I'm separated from the "media narrative" by a third of the planet.
