This was sanity speaking in this informative piece on Nightline.
Locally there are always fires...... houses and even an apartment building set on fire when someone put one out on his patio
(((((sighs)))))))
I forget how much that damage was........
Bet the fire departments all gear up when turkey arrives

Brining?? what is that? I know what brine means but not sure about how one brines a turkey

Oh you know what? I forgot to include that he used a massive
syringe to inject it with all sorts of lovely seasoning and forget what else

brining is soaking the turkey in salt and sugar water overnight. you can add spices as well. i guess it tenderizes the meat and makes it juicier. it worked really well.

the guy who fixed the turkey had a HUGE syringe forget now what it was, but he used it on the bird before he put it in the hot oil so wonder if that was not what he was doing??
