You should check out the new range that the Issaquah store just opened. I'll have to look it up, but it's down near Factoria - near where WSI used to be.
My range is up north of Bothell, so it may be a bit of a drive. They also require a membership, which seems to keep the riff-raff out, but makes it more of a commitment.
I'm looking at a few more courses that address exactly those skills. This competition has us shooting out of the pistol bays, so not a lot of motion on our part.
Pistol bays? Where's the fun in that? If you're interested in some advanced training after the courses, I suggest the Gunpoint Supremacy DVD and the Beyond the Firearm DVD's. The instructors are former/current Russian Spec-ops guys. They focus on mobility and efficient movement. You'll see lot's of innovative drills. I've met several of them in person, they're very entertaining people to talk to.
I was concerned that it would be full of a bunch of whackjobs, but it's really a pretty neat bunch of folks so far. I'm finding that my .45 Kimber is just a tad powerful - the 9mm folks can shoot faster. But either way it's the exploration of fine motor skills that is intriguing. That, and observing how the tiny stresses of "someone's watching me" and "there's a time limit" affect shooting.

North of Bothell is a ways out... I'm in Renton, so that's an hour drive.
