well the elbow is pretty much healed. one of my students is a physical therapist and he gave me some exercises and its been going well. i'm still wearing the brace partly because it looks cool and partly to remind myself its not 100% just yet. i was really lucky as i didnt need any additional medical care...the emergency room bill was almost 1900 ( Read more... )

well for me the city is pretty much broad and washington to 4th and south. thats where i am the most. i dont like the "hiphopification" of south street, or the rest of the city for that matter. i find that most of the people i see seem to be assholes. the only other place i've lived was new york city and while there are tons of assholes there it just seemed nicer. the city seems to have a serious inferiority complex which is constantly fueled by the local media. we have an alternative weekly paper (philly weekly) that sucks so bad it hurts to read and real estate prices are just too fucking high. the rent here is pretty much the same as brooklyn and frankly if i didnt like my job so much i'd either be up there or out in LA. philly is a go nowhere town with a negative vibe that can be felt for miles. but tis home and this is where i'll be for a while

Oh my god, another guy who needs to move to the UK. We do not get charged for Medical treatment that is done on the National Health scheme, so all emergency treatments are free. Well we are taxed, so I guess they are not totally free, but for an arm injury you would get patched up and thats that.

Was just reading Damiens work, and you said you werent happy with your writing style so just took a nosy in to have a look. Cant see anything wrong so far matey!! Keep at it.
