well the elbow is pretty much healed. one of my students is a physical therapist and he gave me some exercises and its been going well. i'm still wearing the brace partly because it looks cool and partly to remind myself its not 100% just yet. i was really lucky as i didnt need any additional medical care...the emergency room bill was almost 1900 ( Read more... )

well we got to the gig around 10 oclock or so. it was at a motorcycle repair garage in south philly. we went in and the band that was setting up was called Omegalord which i recognized from seeing their stickers on the telephone poles outside the 7-11. i was laughing to myself as these guys are a hard heavy metal band, but its suprising how well ( Read more... )
