I get so tired of the media's most popular, intelligent, and supposedly open-minded personalities -- news personalities -- going on and on about how fat Rush Limbaugh and Michael Moore are. It's not that they aren't, it's just that I have trouble seeing how that has anything to do with their politics or their ideals. I'm just not getting it.

Crap like this is why there are so many self-hating fat people. There is so much ignorance about weight issues- I think that many people really think that fat people choose to be fat/are too apathetic to maintain healthy weight/too lazy to lose weight/too stupid to make healthy food choices/too little will power to resist tasty junk food.
I never have a problem finding better and more valid reasons to heap abuse on people. Perhaps the pundits need to learn this skill.
