i was so independent from the computer. it was beautiful, and i didn't even notice it happening. then i came back. it will probably mostly always be that way, unless i find a way to keep myself constantly occupied ( Read more... )

it made me giggle too. and then i read "that is how things like that always go," and then i nodded solemnly to myself.

hooray for books and ambition and drive and reckless, lovely passion. you'll find it.

yearbook entries are always so fascinating.

it is always evident immediately whether or not there was any passion or emotion or feeling or effort put into it. i used to get frustrated if i put "more" substance or quality into someone's yearbook than they did for me. . . but, i realized that was not the goal and i was going to say to them what i felt like whether or not they wrote the same.

oh,
and for someone (moi) who does not necesarily find time to read books for school because i pretend to have so many more better things to read or do, i HIGHLY recommend both of those books. i not only read them, but thoroughly enjoyed them.

they both have a lot to do with yearbook signings,
really.

you're right. something i think about a lot is the balance between control and lack of control. there is so much we can do to control ourselves but so little to control others. and we shouldn't try. so i admire that you realized the whole yearbook thing.

i am excited for those books. your recommendation makes it even better and makes me actually feel like maybe getting up and to the library. haha. who goes to the LIBRARY in the summer. i am such a square.

actually a lot of people go to the library.

have a good day, stef.

hehe.

sidenote:
i was going to the library later today, so while i was reading the "who goes to the LIBRARY in the summer" i laughed.

:) a good day to you, too, leah.
